Week over week measures the percentage change from one week to the next. It’s ideal for spotting short-term momentum and evaluating the immediate impact of launches, campaigns, or experiments.
WoW % = (Current − Prior) / Prior
Positive values indicate growth; negative values indicate decline.
Weekly CAGR = (Current / Prior) − 1
Because the period is one week, the compounded rate reduces to the same ratio minus 1.
