BearSavings is a simple and intuitive app designed to help you manage and track your savings goals. Follow these steps to get the most out of the app:
Click on the "Add Goal" button to create a new savings goal. Fill in the goal name, amount, description, and due date. Once you save the goal, it will appear in your goals list.
To add savings to a goal, click the "Add Saving" button on the goal card. Enter the amount saved, the date, and any notes. You can also edit the savings amount and notes by clicking and editing on the columns. This will help you keep track of your progress.
Monitor your progress through the progress bar on each goal card. It shows the percentage of the goal amount saved. You can also see detailed records of your savings.
The aggregated savings chart shows your total savings over time. You can filter the chart by date range to see your savings for specific periods.
You can export your goals to a JSON file for backup or sharing. The "Export" button is disabled when there are no goals. You can also import goals from a JSON file using the "Import" button.
You can edit or delete your goals at any time. Click the "Edit" button on the goal card to make changes. Use the "Delete" button to remove a goal.
Rearrange your goals by dragging and dropping them in the desired order. This helps you prioritize your goals effectively.
Switch to dark mode by clicking the moon icon in the header. Your dark mode preference is saved and will be applied the next time you visit the app.
